Amrenergy’s Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) systems are designed for high reliability from 60kW to 300kW for commercial and industrial uses. On-grid or off-grid solutions offer continuous power at low costs per kW. Fuel Cell systems are designed to provide CHP benefits up to 90% efficiency with very low carbon emissions.

SOFC systems generate electricity and heat via an electromechanical process that uses most types of hydrocarbon gasses. From Butane, Methane, Octane, Propane (LPG) to utility Natural gas (LNG and CNG) among others, are used to create power 24/7 with low carbon emissions when compared to traditional diesel or gasoline gensets. Our SOFC systems will offer electrical power with less than 12,000 cu.ft. to 18,000 cu.ft. of natural gas while yielding 200C heat generation.
Amrenergy is working closely with its development partners to introduce C&I-sized systems for the US markets. They offer incredible advantages within our DER microgrids. SOFC systems can offer stable sustainable power generation across a wide range of commercial and industrial properties.
